fantastic stopover near the airport
efficient shuttle spacious room quiet atmosphere quick room service
The staff was super helpful with my late check-in, i appreciated that. the airport shuttle ran efficiently, a big plus! i also enjoyed the spaciousness of my room and the quiet atmosphere allowed me to relax before my flight. the room service was quick. The food arrived hot and delicious.
the gym equipment looked a bit dated.

small room airport shuttle
the room felt smaller than i expected. i also noticed a strange smell in the bathroom, it persisted throughout my stay. i asked for extra towels, but they never arrived despite my request. the advertised airport shuttle service wasn't running when i needed it. this caused me to pay for a taxi i did not expect.

I was not impressed with the minibar policy. They charged me without clearly listing the prices. i found out the cost of three small bottles of water and a pepsi plus a cup noodle was $170.

Fantastic Stay Near the Airport!
convenient bus quick service friendly staff
the bus service from the airport was very convenient and it was easy to get into the train system. i liked that there were more food options on the backside of the place. the staff helped us very quickly with our little boy, i'm glad they were friendly. i was able to stay in the pool longer on the day i left.
the gym and sauna hours were slightly inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and a terminal to Macau. The room was clean. I noticed a lot of amenities were available. The buffet breakfast offered many custom options and tasted delicious (especially the pancakes!). I found the airport shuttle very useful.

The room included comfy beds and good air conditioning for a relaxed environment. Housekeeping kept my room clean every day and helped with my needs. Mandi was especially kind and friendly. The modern design added a touch of elegance to the room.

I used the airport shuttle. It was very convenient. The hotel has a gym and a pool, maintained at a very high standard (the gym is open 24 hours). I appreciated the free shuttles to the airport and the central train station.
